Conducted a strand test on my hair before booking, assured me of a follow-up call with the results but failed to do so. I had to make two follow-up calls myself. It seems like they were not interested in providing the service. If that's the case, why not communicate it instead of leaving someone waiting? Unprofessional and discourteous.
