I am dissatisfied with the Christmas facial package I received. Following the ultra lift radio frequency and LED mask treatments, I developed dark spots on my cheek. A skin test should have been conducted before the procedures. When I inquired with the attending staff, I was told it was unnecessary and not a cause for concern.
