Absolutely dreadful experience with a man named Jack, I arrived at 3pm for a full hour massage and during that time, a total of half an hour was spent with him answering the door to other clients as he was the only one working at the time. Despite this, the session still ended at 4pm, making me feel like I had wasted £40. The worst part of this ordeal is that no medical assessment forms were provided beforehand. As a massage therapist myself, I know that therapists are supposed to have a complete understanding of your medical history to avoid any contraindications. Additionally, the pressure he applied was excruciating. I have a condition that would have prohibited this type of treatment if he had known my medical history. I intend to pursue this matter further. This establishment is unprofessional in every way. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME.
