What a fantastic spa tucked away on the 6th floor of the W hotel! I indulged in a rejuvenating facial with the talented therapist named Emily, and I was amazed at how rejuvenated and youthful my skin looked afterwards! The Comfort Zone products were exceptional, and I left with a few to continue pampering myself at home. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and attentive. The spa ambiance was incredibly serene and inviting, and I was pleasantly surprised with a cocktail waiting for me post-treatment. A big thank you to Tamara, Emily, Agnis, and the manager Lucy for their exceptional service. I will definitely be returning for more!About

The service was top-notch and tailored to my preferences. I left feeling rejuvenated, with firmer and plumper skin. Nikita, the therapist, was outstanding, and Lais, Nicolas, and the lovely Ruta provided exceptional service. Reserved a night here in the adjacent hotel to utilise the Mandara spa facilities. The massages were exceptional by Rhiannon along with the delightful assortment of fruit, nuts, cookies, and teas in the relaxation area. Also relished using the exclusive lounge area where more food was already prepared for us to enjoy. The only thing we paid for all day was a bottle of wine as all the other food and drinks were included in our spa package, which was on a special offer at £129 for two people with four massages each and full use of the spa facilities, including pool, sauna, steam room, showers, and loungers. (Could really do with more loungers or chairs). The hotel itself is sizeable with eateries, a bar area, and live music with ample seating. The array of treatments available was impressive, all featuring organic products. Opted for an aromatherapy massage and Fouzia, my therapist, delivered an exceptional experience. She expertly detailed the products and procedure, applying just the right pressure. My husband's deep tissue massage by Hannah left him in a state of pure relaxation. He was absolutely rejuvenated! Had to reschedule our booking last minute, and Hanna graciously assisted us. On the day, Erica warmly greeted us and even recommended a lunch spot post-treatment.
