My visit was absolutely delightful. I indulged in the Alpine Radiance facial, which also granted me access to the pool, gym, and spa amenities. The service was top-notch and tailored to my preferences. I left feeling rejuvenated, with firmer and plumper skin. Nikita, the therapist, was outstanding, and Lais, Nicolas, and the lovely Ruta provided exceptional service. I look forward to returning regularly to recharge and pamper myself.

My partner and I made a reservation for Valentine's Day. The booking process was smooth, and the receptionist was courteous. We opted for a Swedish massage for couples, lasting an hour, which also granted us two hours access to all the facilities, including the gym. Upon arrival, we were greeted with refreshing jasmine-infused water, a lovely touch. Arriving early, we had time to freshen up and enjoy a brief steam session to relax. The spa had a captivating Eastern ambiance that added to the experience. Before our massage, we had a private consultation where the masseuse identified a knot in my spine, which she skillfully addressed during the treatment. I felt rejuvenated afterwards, like a new person. The attention to detail was evident when we were offered flavoured water post-treatment. Additionally, my girlfriend received a red rose and exquisite chocolates, a gesture that truly elevated the experience. We had ample time to explore the facilities, including a beautifully lit heated pool, separate saunas for men and women, all maintained impeccably. Although we didn't use the gym, it appeared modern and well-equipped. Overall, we had a deeply relaxing and enjoyable time. Highly recommended.

The pregnancy massage was truly exceptional. The staff were attentive, and every detail was meticulously taken care of. I left feeling completely at ease. While the facilities may be smaller compared to other luxury hotels in London, the quality of the treatments more than makes up for it.
