Arrived early on a Saturday hoping for an available slot and was delighted to be seated immediately. With my long, thick hair of Asian descent, it's challenging to get a good cut without it looking choppy. I was charged extra due to my hair length, making it £30 for a dry cut. Despite the cost, the result was lovely, especially since I hadn't cut my hair in three years. I might consider returning. I was gifted a full head of highlights at the London location for my birthday and was initially thrilled. However, upon leaving the salon, I felt extremely let down as the hair colour I explicitly requested not to have was created. Despite hoping it would grow on me, several people pointed out how patchy, streaky, and yellow it looked. When I raised my concerns with the salon and tried to schedule a correction appointment, I was told there was no availability and it was just a consultation! Despite my attempts to find a resolution, I was met with rudeness and made to feel belittled, with dismissive remarks about the state of my hair. Truly disappointed... Now I have to spend more money to have it fixed elsewhere as I no longer trust them. I will not be returning to this salon again. Terrible experience. (The photo was taken a few days after)About

I had made an online appointment with Kay (the purported owner of the shop) and upon arrival, I was informed that he was absent. If you won't be available, you shouldn't be accepting appointments or, at the very least, you should notify your clients to avoid wasting their time. I ended up getting my hair cut by another barber since I had already paid, and he did a commendable job. The three stars are for the overall business practices and not the substitute barber.

A conveniently located salon near Piccadilly Circus. The layout is beautifully compact and comprehensive, with a wide selection of clearly displayed hair products, complemented by hair styling coffee table books and comfortable seating throughout. The colour scheme consists of soft greys, cream, bronze, and green, illuminated by gentle LED lighting. There's nothing aggressive or overly flashy about the design, yet it exudes an undeniable sense of sophistication. My welcome was warm, genuine, and a testament to the fact that all staff enjoy working here (a rarity in the hair and beauty industry!). It was quite remarkable not to have a wet neckline after my hair wash. Being short, I usually struggle with the standard salon basin seats and end up feeling a bit damp, but not this time. I had a skin test done as part of booking in as a colour model, and even that was carried out with grace, leaving no smudges on my arms. My visit was extremely pleasant, so I highly recommend paying a visit to this relatively new establishment (opened in 2018). I recently experienced my first haircut and styling by Dimitra, and I must say, I was absolutely thrilled with the results. The length of the cut is just right, and it still looks fantastic even after washing it for the first time. It's wonderful to have a stylish hairdo that requires minimal effort to maintain. Dimitra also shared some valuable styling tips with me, including recommending a blowout spray that works wonders on my straight hair. Overall, I would rate my experience a perfect 10 out of 10.
