I CANNOT RECOMMEND! Lashes began falling off when I washed my face the day after 24 hours. Gaps were visible. I contacted her but received no response. This was my second visit. She used to be good. She should consider going back for more training to improve her skills. I won't return and won't recommend her to anyone. My eyebrow tint was also terrible. Even beginner lash technicians do a better job. Additionally, there was a man in the residence coughing, sneezing, and sniffling throughout my appointment. Going home with good lashes would have made up for it, but that didn't happen. There are better lash technicians available.
I absolutely ADORE having my lashes done by Karlene; she consistently delivers exceptional results! I won't go anywhere else! I highly, highly recommend her!!
I had an amazing time with Karlene! 😍 It was my first experience getting lashes done, and she was incredibly patient, explained the entire process in detail. The attention to detail was remarkable, and the process felt fantastic. I was thrilled with the results and absolutely love how they turned out. I'm completely obsessed and can't stop taking pictures of my lashes! I am certain I will continue booking with Karlene, and I highly recommend her - she's incredibly talented!
