However, on the day of the appointment, I received a last-minute message redirecting me to their affiliated branch, which I was initially told had no availability. I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the owner of this salon...I made a booking through the Treatwell platform, attended my appointment, and paid for the service at the salon (the haircut was truly terrible!?)...After 2 days, I received an email from Treatwell stating that the salon had informed them that I had missed my appointment and I was charged the full amount again!? I attempted to contact both parties via phone, text, and email but no one was willing to assist me in getting my refund back...My advice to everyone is to not switch hairstylists on a whim! and carefully inspect any new venue you plan to visit before selecting your next experience...About

Arrived early on a Saturday hoping for an available slot and was delighted to be seated immediately. With my long, thick hair of Asian descent, it's challenging to get a good cut without it looking choppy. I was charged extra due to my hair length, making it £30 for a dry cut. Despite the cost, the result was lovely, especially since I hadn't cut my hair in three years. I might consider returning. Oh my goodness! I stumbled upon this salon thanks to a Groupon voucher and visited today for a full head of highlights and blow-dry - I will definitely return! Ida and the other lady (apologies for forgetting your name 😭) were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I have very thick hair, and many hairdressers tend to lose patience when doing highlights on me, but not these ladies! The bleach resulted in such a fantastic colour that I didn't even require a toner (a first for me, but it was fantastic 😅).
