When I inquired about the delay, I received vague responses and was made to wait even longer. Feeling frustrated by the lack of professionalism and disorganization, I decided to leave. The male staff member with glasses seemed unwelcoming and ill-prepared for his role. This was a stark contrast to my previous visits when a female staff member ran the place with friendliness and professionalism. I visit a nail salon for a reason - to receive a professional service. Furthermore, I was charged £50 when the website states £46. Normally, I don't mind paying more for quality service and friendliness, and I used to be a regular customer here every two to three weeks. However, after today's experience, I doubt I'll be returning.
