I was gifted a full head of highlights at the London location for my birthday and was initially thrilled. However, upon leaving the salon, I felt extremely let down as the hair colour I explicitly requested not to have was created. Despite hoping it would grow on me, several people pointed out how patchy, streaky, and yellow it looked. When I raised my concerns with the salon and tried to schedule a correction appointment, I was told there was no availability and it was just a consultation! Despite my attempts to find a resolution, I was met with rudeness and made to feel belittled, with dismissive remarks about the state of my hair. Truly disappointed... Now I have to spend more money to have it fixed elsewhere as I no longer trust them. I will not be returning to this salon again. Terrible experience. (The photo was taken a few days after)About

I’m really disappointed with the service I received here. I came into the salon to simply get my hair tied up as I had an event later that day and I’ve got a disability so I can’t do it myself. For something that would’ve simply taken 5 minutes, it was made into an hour and a half’s procedure. Everything that I requested not to happen, did happen. I asked the hairdresser not to use spray as I’d just washed my hair and he used it, and it left crusty/sticky residue in my hair. We came to take my hair out later and it had been tied in a knot and was matted, it has completely wrecked the ends of my hair. He said he wanted to cut my hair and I said no, and luckily he listened to that request as all others had been ignored. I came to pay, as I was expecting to have to pay a small fee for just putting it in a ponytail. I was charged £20 for having it be put in a half up half down, something that anybody could’ve done and the hairdresser said that this “was a discount”. I spoke to friends to receive advice later that day and they said that I’d been taken advantage of because of my disability. I had a wash, trim, and highlights by Harriet, and she was absolutely fantastic! I'm quite particular about how my hair is styled, but she did an exceptional job. I was thoroughly impressed. Additionally, she was delightful to converse with and extremely friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will certainly return!

Harry is, without a doubt, the finest hairdresser I have ever encountered! After years of searching for the perfect colour and cut, I have finally found it with him. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Arrived early on a Saturday hoping for an available slot and was delighted to be seated immediately. With my long, thick hair of Asian descent, it's challenging to get a good cut without it looking choppy. I was charged extra due to my hair length, making it £30 for a dry cut. Despite the cost, the result was lovely, especially since I hadn't cut my hair in three years. I might consider returning. Oh my goodness! I stumbled upon this salon thanks to a Groupon voucher and visited today for a full head of highlights and blow-dry - I will definitely return! Ida and the other lady (apologies for forgetting your name 😭) were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout the entire process. I have very thick hair, and many hairdressers tend to lose patience when doing highlights on me, but not these ladies! The bleach resulted in such a fantastic colour that I didn't even require a toner (a first for me, but it was fantastic 😅).
