After spending 35 years in the construction sector, I left a building site on Friday 16th June and entered the Toni & Guy academy in London on Monday 19th June. Under the guidance of some of the UK's top colour technicians, including the exceptionally talented Michela Bazzoli, I found the course to be rapid, intense, and challenging. Arrived early on a Saturday hoping for an available slot and was delighted to be seated immediately. With my long, thick hair of Asian descent, it's challenging to get a good cut without it looking choppy. I was charged extra due to my hair length, making it £30 for a dry cut. Despite the cost, the result was lovely, especially since I hadn't cut my hair in three years. I might consider returning.
