I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the owner of this salon...I made a booking through the Treatwell platform, attended my appointment, and paid for the service at the salon (the haircut was truly terrible!?)...After 2 days, I received an email from Treatwell stating that the salon had informed them that I had missed my appointment and I was charged the full amount again!? I attempted to contact both parties via phone, text, and email but no one was willing to assist me in getting my refund back...My advice to everyone is to not switch hairstylists on a whim! and carefully inspect any new venue you plan to visit before selecting your next experience...About

After spending 35 years in the construction sector, I left a building site on Friday 16th June and entered the Toni & Guy academy in London on Monday 19th June. Under the guidance of some of the UK's top colour technicians, including the exceptionally talented Michela Bazzoli, I found the course to be rapid, intense, and challenging.
