They cleaned the earrings, replaced them, and were so kind and gentle throughout the process. It would have been helpful to know the available options before the appointment. The piercer was pleasant and did a good job. I just wished for a more customer-centric experience in the store; I felt a bit like an inconvenience after leaving.
