Update: My previous feedback was from a year ago, but I feel compelled to share my recent experience. During my most recent visit, I was met with significant changes in the salon. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was subpar. I now sport an unflattering fringe that I've never had, not even when attempting to trim it myself at home. Feeling let down as I have to endure this look until it grows out.About

I’m really disappointed with the service I received here. I came into the salon to simply get my hair tied up as I had an event later that day and I’ve got a disability so I can’t do it myself. For something that would’ve simply taken 5 minutes, it was made into an hour and a half’s procedure. Everything that I requested not to happen, did happen. I asked the hairdresser not to use spray as I’d just washed my hair and he used it, and it left crusty/sticky residue in my hair. We came to take my hair out later and it had been tied in a knot and was matted, it has completely wrecked the ends of my hair. He said he wanted to cut my hair and I said no, and luckily he listened to that request as all others had been ignored. I came to pay, as I was expecting to have to pay a small fee for just putting it in a ponytail. I was charged £20 for having it be put in a half up half down, something that anybody could’ve done and the hairdresser said that this “was a discount”. I spoke to friends to receive advice later that day and they said that I’d been taken advantage of because of my disability.
