I was thrilled to visit this nail salon after hearing such great reviews. However, my experience was marred by the unfriendly attitude of the attendant right from the start.
This was my first time trying the BIAB treatment, and I was unclear about the process. When I inquired, the attendant either seemed unwilling to explain or was unsure themselves.
I had a specific design in mind, but I ended up with something completely different because the attendant was unsure how to do the second line of the French manicure.
Only a week has passed since my visit, and the polish is already chipping.
I spent 40 pounds on a service that didn't even last a week. I've attached some photos for comparison; what I wanted versus what I received. The workshop is situated within a shared complex that creates a serene atmosphere in the heart of a bustling city centre. It's a truly cosy setting. I opted for a much-needed lymphatic drainage facial massage and a hand massage. Layla was exceptional, incredibly warm, and maintained a high level of professionalism throughout. I departed feeling incredibly calm and rejuvenated. I will certainly be revisiting!About

I scheduled appointments with Mia for a facial and waxing, and I felt completely at ease during both sessions. She has a way of making you feel calm, especially if it's your first time. As someone who has been hesitant about waxing due to past experiences, Mia is definitely the go-to person. The environment is non-judgmental, and the staff is exceptionally friendly! I had a rather unfortunate experience at this nail spa about a week ago. I usually frequent nail salons for my manicures and pedicures. On this particular day, a male staff member was managing the reception area. Upon arrival, I was asked to wait, which I did for over 15 minutes. When I inquired about the delay, I received vague responses and was made to wait even longer. Feeling frustrated by the lack of professionalism and disorganization, I decided to leave. The male staff member with glasses seemed unwelcoming and ill-prepared for his role. This was a stark contrast to my previous visits when a female staff member ran the place with friendliness and professionalism.
