I was thrilled to visit this nail salon after hearing such great reviews. However, my experience was marred by the unfriendly attitude of the attendant right from the start.
This was my first time trying the BIAB treatment, and I was unclear about the process. When I inquired, the attendant either seemed unwilling to explain or was unsure themselves.
I had a specific design in mind, but I ended up with something completely different because the attendant was unsure how to do the second line of the French manicure.
Only a week has passed since my visit, and the polish is already chipping.
I spent 40 pounds on a service that didn't even last a week. I've attached some photos for comparison; what I wanted versus what I received. Despite the high cost, the nails started peeling after just three days, the coats were thick, lengths were inconsistent despite my request, and some nails were filed down so short that it caused ingrown nails twice. The service was also exorbitantly priced for the subpar quality provided. I caution against allowing children to visit unsupervised, as my twelve-year-old was subjected to ridicule, overcharged, and received shoddy work that resulted in a nail falling off. Upon returning the next day, my daughter was unfairly blamed for the salon's mistakes, leading to her leaving in tears. It is essential for parents to accompany their children to prevent potential issues and emotional distress, as the staff lack proper background checks.About

Please avoid this place at all costs. The owner/manager lacks discretion and insists on discussing your private matters in front of others. For instance, if you want laser hair removal in sensitive areas, be prepared for an audience. I had to request privacy multiple times due to her unprofessionalism and lack of common sense. Assuming you get past this uncomfortable stage and proceed with the laser treatment, she often uses too little gel, leading to skin burns from the intense laser. I had to point out the heat levels were too high during several appointments. The only reason I returned was the low prices. She is also intrusive and pushy, making it an unpleasant experience unless you are desperate, like I was. She even suggests excessive laser treatments in intimate areas for hygiene purposes. It's not a place you want to visit. It may be cheap, but it's definitely not cheerful. Stick to waxing or maintain your natural look.About
