I had an absolutely dreadful experience with the owner of this salon...I made a booking through the Treatwell platform, attended my appointment, and paid for the service at the salon (the haircut was truly terrible!?)...After 2 days, I received an email from Treatwell stating that the salon had informed them that I had missed my appointment and I was charged the full amount again!? I attempted to contact both parties via phone, text, and email but no one was willing to assist me in getting my refund back...My advice to everyone is to not switch hairstylists on a whim! and carefully inspect any new venue you plan to visit before selecting your next experience...About

For instance, if you want laser hair removal in sensitive areas, be prepared for an audience. I had to request privacy multiple times due to her unprofessionalism and lack of common sense. Assuming you get past this uncomfortable stage and proceed with the laser treatment, she often uses too little gel, leading to skin burns from the intense laser. I had to point out the heat levels were too high during several appointments. The only reason I returned was the low prices. She is also intrusive and pushy, making it an unpleasant experience unless you are desperate, like I was. She even suggests excessive laser treatments in intimate areas for hygiene purposes. It's not a place you want to visit. It may be cheap, but it's definitely not cheerful. Stick to waxing or maintain your natural look.About
