I celebrated my dog's first birthday at VITAL SPA, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience. The owner, John, went above and beyond to ensure that both the dogs and their owners had a special time. Living in Edinburgh where it often rains, I was a bit anxious, but John had thoughtfully set up a lovely gazebo to shield the food and drinks from the rain. The venue was spacious enough to accommodate our entire group, and the customer service was exceptional. Didn't want to go somewhere crowded, and this felt secure and exclusive with just my child and I having treatments and the place all to ourselves! The staff were delightful, and Anthony in particular who provided my massage was fantastic. She even extended it as my child's treatment was taking longer. Had a facial by a lady who could advise me on the best type for my face, and my child had a non-chemical face peel.
