She went beyond what I have requested, as she gave massage to my head and face too. I felt well looked after and cared for. I celebrated my dog's first birthday at VITAL SPA, and it was an absolutely fabulous experience. The owner, John, went above and beyond to ensure that both the dogs and their owners had a special time. Living in Edinburgh where it often rains, I was a bit anxious, but John had thoughtfully set up a lovely gazebo to shield the food and drinks from the rain. The venue was spacious enough to accommodate our entire group, and the customer service was exceptional.
