I have visited previously and had a positive experience. Today, I made a booking, paid in advance, and arrived for an eyebrow appointment. Unfortunately, I was 6 minutes late due to circumstances beyond my control. I waited for 2 minutes for the service provider to finish a phone call, and during that time, the next client arrived. The service provider then informed me that she could no longer accommodate my appointment and suggested rescheduling. However, I am disappointed that I lost the £10 fee for 'not showing up'. I feel upset that the salon has kept my money for being only 6 minutes late, which became 10 minutes by the time I left.
