Absolutely marvellous!!!!! Spent an hour with the wonderfully knowledgeable, chatty and experienced Harry at the spa prodding, pounding and essentially kneading me like dough has done wonders, my lower back, neck, shoulders, hamstring and calves now feel incredibly for lack of a better term 'unknotted'. Somewhat disappointed. Arrived at the restaurant only to be informed that I hadn't completed a taste test yet. Consequently, I'll be charged 50% of the meal cost and need to reschedule for another day. Considering the restaurant is fully booked for the next 2 months, this is quite frustrating.
I'm disheartened that no one contacted me in advance to remind me about the taste test. I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I requested a simple set of square acrylic nails with a solid baby pink gel colour. However, the technician did not shape the tips before applying the acrylic, resulting in a messy application that left my nails thick and uneven. Despite the promise of fixing them, the end result was still unsatisfactory, leaving me no choice but to spend additional money on supplies to rectify the situation myself. Today, I had a fantastic pampering session with the lovely Mila. The personalised service was exceptional, and my nails were expertly done exactly as I requested. It was a delightful birthday treat. I underwent three different treatments at Kiva Skin over three consecutive days this week as a birthday treat. I had a full body massage with Alex, a pedicure with Oliver, and a manicure with Ethan. They were all delightful, and the treatments were exceptional. I feel incredibly relaxed and pampered. I rarely indulge in such self-care, but I will certainly be back. It's a fantastic Institute, I've been attending for over 10 years. My initial appointment with a head of hair that could scare anyone! But since then, the instructors and students have consistently made my hair look stunning both in cut and colour, and as proof over these years I've had strangers, both males and females, compliment me on my fabulous hair. They always go above and beyond to address all your concerns, but each time the students send me out feeling like a million pounds! A testament to the team of Instructors led by Heather who supervise them closely every moment. These ladies are invaluable to the Keith Hall Business. Pay a visit, I can guarantee you'll feel rejuvenated, and a cup of tea is provided to each one of us, how delightful.
