I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I requested a simple set of square acrylic nails with a solid baby pink gel colour. However, the technician did not shape the tips before applying the acrylic, resulting in a messy application that left my nails thick and uneven. Despite the promise of fixing them, the end result was still unsatisfactory, leaving me no choice but to spend additional money on supplies to rectify the situation myself. I paid £30 for a subpar service and will not be returning.
I have been a regular customer at this nail salon for several months now, and I must say that I have never been disappointed. The team is incredibly welcoming and friendly, the establishment is always impeccably clean, and they never fail to offer a hot beverage while making you feel right at home. While there may be occasional waiting times, I believe it is worth it as rushing through the service could lead to unsatisfactory results. I would much rather wait patiently than leave dissatisfied. Thank you for the wonderful service, I will definitely be returning soon! 🌟
