This marked my initial visit to Retreat and I was thoroughly pleased with the service. I contacted every salon in Long Eaton and this was the sole one that responded. My hair was a disaster but easily rectified: washed, trimmed, the bulk removed and blow-dried in under an hour. Victor swiftly put me at ease and made the whole process seamless. I am truly impressed with my haircut. Thanks 😊
