I have visited previously and had a positive experience. Today, I made a booking, paid in advance, and arrived for an eyebrow appointment. Unfortunately, I was 6 minutes late due to circumstances beyond my control. I waited for 2 minutes for the service provider to finish a phone call, and during that time, the next client arrived. The service provider then informed me that she could no longer accommodate my appointment and suggested rescheduling. However, I am disappointed that I lost the £10 fee for 'not showing up'. I feel upset that the salon has kept my money for being only 6 minutes late, which became 10 minutes by the time I left.
My sister-in-law and I visited this establishment for the first time. We absolutely loved it! The staff members are incredibly friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. We indulged in a 30-minute facial and a 30-minute back massage. It was a delightful experience, and we left feeling completely relaxed. Although the rooms are small, they are sufficient. Sian made me feel at ease and was easy to converse with. The salon is easy to locate, and complimentary parking is always a plus. Well done, and we look forward to returning in the future! 🫶🏼👏🏼x
