A word of caution to all women considering the services of this salon. Regrettably, I did not peruse the reviews of the 10-minute manicure salon before availing their services. My experience was infuriating, and I can confidently state that I will not be returning. I stumbled upon this salon due to its late operating hours, seeking an infile nail service. The technician's lack of skill was evident from the outset, leading to a prolonged and unsatisfactory appointment. My £50 expenditure for a simple service left me feeling unprofessional and aggrieved. I implore the manager to reconsider hiring inexperienced individuals, as this conduct is unacceptable and warrants repercussions. It is clear that I am not the sole dissatisfied customer, and I regret wasting my money on this establishment.

I visited this establishment a mere hour ago and the individual attending to my nails, a person of Indian descent with lengthy hair and black spectacles, displayed a negative attitude. They were coughing and touching their nose while handling my hands, causing both to bleed. Despite my skin sensitivity, the individual aggressively wielded their tools, failing to inquire about my preferred nail shape. This has been my most unpleasant salon experience to date.

My intention was solely to have my nails painted during my recent visit, a process that took over 10 minutes. The service was subpar, with the technician using a sharp and unclean nail to remove excess paint, causing discomfort. Furthermore, the lack of hygiene was evident as the technician retrieved a fallen tissue from the floor and reused it. The nail paint quickly smudged and chipped, contrary to the advertised price of £8, I was charged £17. The manager defended the technician's poor work and unhygienic practices, refusing me a refund. The manager's dismissive attitude and lack of accountability have ensured that I will not be returning to this establishment.
