I must highly suggest Athena's Boutique.. I used to frequent the Boutique for regular pedicure appointments. I was extremely satisfied with the end result.. I also have experience with semi-permanent makeup. For example, my brows have been done for 3 years now - and my acquaintances couldn't believe they were semi-permanent… they look incredibly natural. Melissa (the proprietor) is exceptionally professional. She is well-versed in semi-permanent makeup / beauty treatments and stays current with the latest trends. Many times I sought her advice on what I could do / change.. she has a discerning eye 😉. Always truthful… even when I wanted to make a change - she recommended against it and explained why.
