I had my eyebrows styled with the HD technique around Christmas. The therapist was delightful, and everyone I encountered during booking was fantastic. However, the actual treatment did not meet my expectations. There was no mapping done, and the pencil application was too heavy. It felt amateurish. Being a first-timer, I assumed this was normal. But after getting them done elsewhere recently, the difference was like night and day. I absolutely loved my eyebrows afterwards; it was exactly what I had hoped for.
The beauty specialists here are skilled, courteous, and welcoming. They made sure I felt at ease and provided excellent advice. My pedicure was the best I've ever had, and the experience of getting my eyebrows done was fantastic.
