New York Nails

FANTASTIC :) Allow me to begin by expressing my absolute adoration for this salon. A few friends and I used to avail various treatments at this establishment when we were younger and always relished the atmosphere and service. Subsequently, I relocated away from the vicinity, residing in distant lands and eventually returning to London where I engaged the services of numerous nail technicians to maintain the appearance of my nails. Amongst all of them, NEW YORK NAILS STAND OUT!. I frequent Helen who possesses exceptional talent, and I am consistently pleased with the final outcome. Furthermore, Helen and all the other individuals at the salon are incredibly amicable and genuinely care for their clients (for instance, I mentioned my upcoming birthday and upon my return for my next appointment, they remembered, inquired about how I celebrated, and presented me with a small gift) EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE! I cannot recommend them highly enough for numerous reasons and will continue to avail their services for the foreseeable future.

ABSOLUTELY no customer service skills. All staff exhibit rudeness and abruptness, particularly Taylor. They display a lack of regard even for their loyal patrons. Yesterday, I phoned to schedule an appointment for 12pm the following day and arrived punctually on the appointment day, only to be informed by Taylor that my name was not listed on the appointment schedule and that I would have to wait for an hour. There was no apology extended, and we were completely disregarded. Ultimately, the error in noting down my appointment was not my responsibility, and the manner in which they handled the situation was incredibly impolite. I would strongly advise against patronising this nail salon. Utterly dreadful!

I have never encountered any issues at this establishment until I was attended to by a new individual who mishandled my nails. I opted for a manicure solely to tidy up my nails without any nail varnish. While I was having my nails done, the individual performing the task was engaged in a video call with a gentleman and conversing with him while working on my nails. It was evident that this individual was inexperienced and no one was supervising them. The electric nail file was used for a longer duration than necessary on all of my nails. Regrettably, it has now been two weeks and my nails are growing out where I can see and feel the indentations created. I adamantly refuse to revisit this establishment and will be lodging a formal complaint in person.
