I've been struggling with neck and shoulder pain and decided to get a massage. The lovely gentleman Kian worked on my back and honestly I feel so much better! He noticed that I had a stiff neck and shoulder and he specifically targeted that area to release the tension. I feel so relaxed, definitely recommend as the price is not bad either. £44 pounds for a full body massage for an hour is good compared to some of the other places in Luton.
The worst massage I have ever received! Firstly, they used baby oil for the massage and clearly lacked qualifications as a basic rule would have been to remove your rings at the very least. The gentleman didn’t seem to know what he was doing at all! I hesitated to leave this review as I understand its impact on business, but they left me with the worst back pain I have ever experienced, from my neck down to my lower back. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I strongly suggest you provide your staff with adequate training or hire individuals who are knowledgeable in the trade, as this level of service is unacceptable!
