I entrusted you to deliver a satisfactory service, but instead, you've left my hair in a deplorable state, showing no remorse! Ignoring my attempts to communicate via email and messages. Your salon continues to operate, but you've left me shattered. I can no longer wear my hair down due to the damage you've caused. I feel incredibly self-conscious.
