Awarding one star is overly generous for this establishment. When my partner inquired over the phone about the cost of nails (hands and feet) and eyebrows, she was quoted £40. However, upon arrival, she noticed a promotion offering three treatments for only £30! After lodging a complaint, she was offered the discounted price. During her visit, the technician was juggling two clients and rushed between them. To make matters worse, eyebrow dye stained her expensive t-shirt, which the technician denied responsibility for, ultimately ruining the garment.
Absolutely thrilled with the stunning job done on my nails! Additionally, my brows were shaped to perfection for the first time ever, and I adored the results. The customer service was top-notch, and the friendly chat was a lovely touch 😊...
The individual lashes I had applied started falling off just three days later, despite being promised they would last for at least 6 weeks. During the appointment, I was left waiting while the technician attended to other clients and accidentally glued my eyes shut multiple times. I would not recommend this service at all.
