I had my nails done for my graduation and wedding, and the nail technician was so engaging that the process felt quicker without any awkward silences. The result was exactly as I wanted it to be.
I visited for lash and nail appointments, but my nail appointment was rescheduled last minute, causing inconvenience for my sister's wedding. Despite requesting a refund for the deposit due to the manager's mistake, I was refused and my messages were ignored. Poor handling of the situation has deterred me from returning.
The interior decorations of the building are stunning, with polite staff and accessible parking. However, I was disappointed with the nail service. The manager failed to shape my nails correctly, leading to a rushed and unsatisfactory result. Despite the high price, the quality did not meet expectations. I had to fix the nails myself at home and even had to return for a top coat on one hand. The acrylics cracked and did not cover the entire nail, leaving me very dissatisfied. Overall, a 2-star experience.
