All Dolled Up, Thompson Yard
First time inking up in this spot yesterday and honestly can't sing its praises enough! I'm not local, usually trek to Edinburgh, but so pleased I tried this place out. Top-notch tattoo parlour I've ever visited. Team incredibly warm and inviting. Nothing too much trouble! Marcy is a real pro, mega patient, incredibly thorough, and the sharpest line work I've seen!! Also, so delicate!! Can't believe I felt no pain!
Spots like this can often be daunting, but the friendly team and laid-back vibe make tattooing a breeze. I've sat through 2 big sessions and a small one at hides, all artists are welcoming and offer solid advice. Mel completed the bulk of mine. Incredibly skilled and cheerful lasses, made sure I was at ease and even offered to grab me a treat from the shop. Also sat through a session with Kaitlyn who was just as courteous and helpful. Company is prompt to respond via email, and Jack at the counter was upfront about the prices and had my consultations scheduled quickly. Would recommend.
