I've been getting my nails done here since the establishment opened and I've never encountered any issues. I'm always so content with my nails and they last about 6 weeks. The image below shows 3 weeks of growth. I'm extremely satisfied with my nails always. Thank you.
I've had my nails done at this place a few times and they were outstanding. Exactly what I desired and endured my work life in a bustling warehouse, so they endure a lot. Highly recommended, I won’t go elsewhere now. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am utterly let down, aching experience and unjust treatment. I've never encountered a professional who wouldn't own up to their mistake. Instead, he blamed a customer for damaging the nails he has created. Prior to the session, I informed Elric that I am going on a 3-week break. That was my motivation for getting my nails done. Initially, I was elated with the outcome and how everything turned out. Regrettably, after a week, my nails began to split all along the edges. Gradually, one by one, my nails started to loosen and drop off. Throughout the holiday, the nails deteriorated, and my experience was tainted. My hair kept getting tangled and caught in them. At times, it was excruciating. When I reached out to Elric, he expressed regret. Apologies, and nothing more. He only offered me a discount when I requested it. He accused me of causing damage to the nails. Constantly comparing me to his other clients. Everyone is unique, and everyone reacts differently to the chemicals used. He proposed a pricier treatment to redo my nails with just a £2 discount. It was unprofessional to leave a customer with ruined nails and not acknowledge any fault or liability. It is evident in the photos that the product had a flaw and needs improvement. In the future, extend an apology to your client along with a complimentary solution to rectify the issue.
