I stumbled upon this charming salon by chance while picking up my child from university. The salon exudes elegance, style, and immaculate cleanliness. As a walk-in client, they graciously fit me in between their appointments, which was incredibly accommodating. The reviews must be fake? Feeling disappointed, ripped off and mistreated as a new customer. I had a woman (forgot her name) do my nails. She didn't say hello or make any type of conversation. She kept on hurting me whilst drilling and buffing my nails SO ROUGH. I asked her not to be so rough yet she still continued. They didn't have any bright varnish colours so I gave her MY OWN nail varnish to use. Acrylics here cost £25 yet she charged me £28 for putting ONE LAYER of their matte nail top coat. Look at the photos, the nails aren't done properly. It looks like my nails have been on for a week. I was really looking forward to having my nails done as it's been a long time. I will NEVER go back and DO NOT recommend their service. I was friendly and very kind. What did I do to get such a poor service?? I'm pretty sure that if I was a different skin colour I would've been treated nicely. Oh well.
