*EDIT:* After returning for another haircut, I experienced exceptional service and received a flawless cut. Interestingly, I had the same stylist as before, and this time the haircut was meticulously done without any rush. The stylist ensured it matched my description perfectly, even checking frequently if I was satisfied with the length. It appears my previous visit was just an off day, but it's good to be mindful of such occurrences.
The individuals are welcoming and the service is excellent, but on two occasions I've received subpar haircuts. The cost was quite high for a basic trim at a barbershop in Newbury. I'll be exploring other options next time.
*Positives* A pleasant group of people. *Negatives* I went in for a quick 10-15 minute trim without any styling products, and it cost me £18 with a new stylist. The price does not match the service quality. The place always seems a bit untidy, with remnants of previous clients' hair on the tools (not very hygienic). It's time to find a new salon.
