I would give less than one star if possible - I placed an order for some hair products almost a month ago and received an order confirmation but heard nothing more after that. I couldn't reach them by phone or email, so I reached out via Instagram. The individual seemed pleasant and assured me they would dispatch it, but a week passed with no delivery. I messaged again and received no reply, yet the Instagram account continued to post stories. I had to escalate the issue with PayPal, but I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!
