I would give less than one star if possible - I placed an order for some hair products almost a month ago and received an order confirmation but heard nothing more after that. I couldn't reach them by phone or email, so I reached out via Instagram. The individual seemed pleasant and assured me they would dispatch it, but a week passed with no delivery. I messaged again and received no reply, yet the Instagram account continued to post stories. I had to escalate the issue with PayPal, but I will NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!! Save yourself the trouble, they are rude, thoughtless, and a total waste of time.
I absolutely adore visiting Emily O'Connell for my hair styling and coloring. The salon is stunning and inviting, and the team there are all delightful. Charlie recently adjusted my red highlights which I felt needed a touch of softening, and she did an outstanding job. The richer, more subtle tones are fabulous, and I am thrilled with the outcome. She paid close attention to exactly what I desired, and I received precisely the look I was seeking. My previous stylist Lucy was equally fantastic, showcasing the high skill level of the hairdressers there. Every time I leave, I am enamored with my new hair color and/or style. I would wholeheartedly recommend Emily O'Connell to anyone. Exceptional salon.
