Had a brilliant time, staff were friendly and did a good job on my nails. However, there seemed to be a shortage of workers, resulting in a half-hour wait. I also noticed a gap between my natural nail and the extensions later on. Sam's nail salon is top-notch! As soon as I stepped inside, I felt like I was in for a treat. Both Alex and Jordan greeted me warmly, offering a drink and making me feel completely at ease. Chloe did an amazing job on my nails! I showed her a picture, and she absolutely nailed it—better than I could have hoped for! The atmosphere is relaxed, the salon is impeccably clean, and the whole experience was fantastic. I make a monthly pilgrimage here for lash fills and eyebrow shaping, treating myself occasionally to a pedicure. Whether it's with Harper or Sienna, they excel at their craft and are incredibly personable. Charlie also treated me to a rejuvenating facial and recommended some skincare products that have worked wonders for me.
