I would rate 0 Rather than 1 .no customer service she was not happy when I walked in to shop . I just went for the full arm waxing she had done on the front area itself I need to remove my jumper and she had my waxing there itself I don't have any issue but I felt it was not the right thing to do . Absolutely delightful salon, Emma is incredibly welcoming and creates a wonderfully serene atmosphere. I treated myself to eyebrow shaping and a manicure, and my nails remained flawlessly polished for more than three weeks!
