A&A Nails

I only had my nails done last week, paying a significant amount, and they have already come off. Very dissatisfied, so I will not be giving a positive review.

The quality of the nails is excellent, priced reasonably, and the service is efficient! However, I believe there is room for improvement in customer service. I suffer from arthritis and am not as flexible as the staff would prefer. Despite informing them of my condition, they still become agitated and forcefully manipulate my hands and fingers, instructing me to "relax" when I am physically unable to do so due to my ailment. Additionally, when requesting specific designs, I am assured they can be achieved, only to have three different nail technicians attempt and subsequently become frustrated after claiming they could fulfil the request. As a paying customer, I like to ensure I am satisfied with the design before leaving, and I would appreciate more warmth and better customer service to complement the excellent nail work and enhance the overall experience.

I visited this store for the first time with high hopes, based on recommendations from others. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The individual who attended to my nails seemed unaware that I had gel polish on, simply adding more colour without applying new gel, neglecting to remove cuticles or clean properly. Less than 3 days later, I had to seek out another professional to rectify what should have been done correctly in the initial visit. Though my full story is extensive, the owner is already aware of the details. My personal recommendation mirrors the disappointing outcome.
