Nightmarish service at this salon. Overcharged without informing, messed up brow shapes, and caused burns to a customer's daughter. A regretful first and last visit.
Had a dreadful experience recently at a salon. The lady who did my eyebrows and upper lip waxing used old, poor quality wax which resulted in terrible pimples and rashes. The tint used was also old and previously used on another customer. Disappointed and won't be returning.
My manicure experience was the worst ever. The technician lacked engagement and only gave monosyllabic answers. Cuticles were pushed back but dry skin not trimmed until I asked. Sloppy application of base coat and colour, with attempts to avoid fixing mistakes. Left before completion due to poor service.
