Great experiences. That half-hour massage was truly beneficial. The team were thoughtful (stepping out of the room to remove top) and attentive.
Having frequented Wonderful Hands on multiple occasions when they were situated in Junction Road, I had no hesitation in booking again. I visited the Kingsley Park Terrace location, following my visits to Junction Road, expecting the same standard of service. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found it locked up and only opened at 14:10 (despite my 14:00 appointment). There was no apology for the delay, just a blame on traffic! The reception area was chaotic, merely a table in a room, cluttered with various items! Not very inviting. By the time I was ready to begin, it was already 14:20. The massage felt rushed and uncoordinated, with no inquiries beforehand about problem areas. The massage concluded by 15:00, despite booking and paying for an hour! I will definitely reconsider returning. Time to seek out another place!
