I am utterly dismayed by the sorry state of my hair. I visited the salon last week and requested the hairdresser to trim off my bleached ends as I am aiming to grow out my natural colour. I also mentioned that layers needed to be incorporated since I previously had layers. However, the outcome is the worst I have ever seen my hair look. I shelled out £50 to have my hair butchered. Initially, I didn't notice the extent of the damage because the stylist styled it with curls, making it appear decent. It wasn't until I got home, washed it, and straightened it that I realised the true horror. Now, I must search for someone to rectify this disaster.
I must say, the blow dry I received was the finest I've ever experienced. I received compliments on my hair throughout the entire day. The service was exceptional and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
My daughter and I are recent arrivals to the neighbourhood. Neither of us enjoys getting our hair trimmed, but the wonderful and talented staff at this establishment made us feel so welcome. We left feeling elated with our new cuts and have decided to become regular clients. Thank you immensely. I highly endorse this salon!
