Terrible experience, felt completely swindled. No upfront pricing, seems like they're banking on customers' naivety. Quick to take payment but a struggle to get a refund, took ages even with constant pressure. Brighton has many reputable clinics, but this isn't one of them. A companion had a voucher and received minimal attention or care. There was hardly any conversation, and the process was not explained. Opted for a paraffin hand wax, which included a hand massage. Had to hunch over a table, despite having a pre-existing back issue that the therapist knew about. Felt extremely uneasy. A fantastic, welcoming and stylish salon. Welcomed with a friendly greeting and a delightful cup of tea! (Much needed as a new parent of 2!) Opted for a total makeover and after a detailed discussion with Elliot, I felt assured I was in good hands and she explained which hues would complement my complexion, hair shapes for my face and overall style. She is a wizard in her craft and would highly recommend. My new hairstyle is now something I enjoy styling, not too overwhelming but with a fantastic burst of colour to match my persona!
