I've visited this place twice before and was content with the nail service. However, my most recent visit left me extremely dissatisfied! The communication over the phone was quite unclear, my nails ended up being varying lengths, and the white polish turned out to be a yellowish hue! Moreover, the attendant was exceptionally impolite when I requested two different types of glitter on my nails; she even chuckled at my request and couldn't comprehend it! I strongly advise against this place. A companion had a voucher and received minimal attention or care. There was hardly any conversation, and the process was not explained. Opted for a paraffin hand wax, which included a hand massage. Had to hunch over a table, despite having a pre-existing back issue that the therapist knew about. Felt extremely uneasy. Bobbie is a fantastic therapist, I frequent her for deep tissue massage and waxing. Bobbie attentively listens to clients and always delivers treatments with top-notch quality and, above all, care. The treatment area is welcoming and soothing, and the heated massage bed is a real plus during colder seasons! My second time at this salon. Upon arrival, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They ensure you're at ease throughout. Overall, the environment is spotless. I would suggest the aforementioned to anyone looking to pamper themselves.
