Arrived for my appointment, Nicola never appeared, tattoo artists mentioned this wasn't the first time. Ignored calls, even from salon staff. Messaged later, still no response weeks later. Nicola active on social media but fails to reply. Highly unprofessional, common occurrence based on reviews. Cancelled another appointment after speaking to Nicola in person, she suggested I come to her, booked me in, then didn't show up despite confirming the appointment the day before. Incredibly rude, avoid this place, no respect or care for paying customers!!!!
An absolute nightmare, no response and disrespectful!!
She rarely replied to my messages, numerous attempts to reschedule my appointment. When I did manage to reach her, there was always an excuse - incorrect needles, illness, or some other reason preventing the appointment. Finally, on the scheduled day, she informed me she couldn't do my lips as her son was unwell. Shockingly, she sent a cancellation text in front of me, disrespecting my time. After leading me on for 3 WEEKS, I discovered she never intended to do my lips. A complete waste of time and lack of transparency.
