A companion had a voucher and received minimal attention or care. There was hardly any conversation, and the process was not explained. Opted for a paraffin hand wax, which included a hand massage. Had to hunch over a table, despite having a pre-existing back issue that the therapist knew about. Felt extremely uneasy. Not a recommendation from me.
The massages here are top-notch, and Rachel is exceptional at what she does. I wholeheartedly recommend her services!
I was feeling quite anxious before my initial waxing appointment, but the staff were so kind and my waxing therapist ensured I was comfortable and kept me engaged throughout the session. She made me chuckle and feel relaxed. She also provided me with helpful tips, and the overall experience was fantastic! I would definitely suggest it.
