Terrible experience, felt completely swindled. No upfront pricing, seems like they're banking on customers' naivety. Quick to take payment but a struggle to get a refund, took ages even with constant pressure. Brighton has many reputable clinics, but this isn't one of them. Best to steer clear.
Absolutely delighted with the service at Fresh Face, staff were not only friendly but also highly skilled. Detailed explanations of treatments were given, and the results surpassed my expectations. Would enthusiastically recommend, looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!
Normally don't write reviews, but this time I feel utterly cheated. Waited 25 minutes in the lobby, only to have my 1-hour facial cut short to 30 minutes. The hydra facial was done incorrectly, just randomly applied without the proper technique, leaving me with no visible improvement. When I called to address this, they claimed it was their method, but it clearly doesn't provide the promised exfoliation. Sounds like an excuse for untrained staff, not buying it.
