Today, I had the pleasure of Kiyara doing my Christmas gel nails. I absolutely adore them, and she was so warm and talkative! Thank you ❤️
This salon is exceptional! My wedding party and I had our beauty treatments done here before my wedding, and the results were incredible. The nail work was top-notch, and the waxing was surprisingly painless. The individual eyelashes looked stunning, and they always manage to perfect my eyebrows. I had a wonderful experience at the salon, feeling relaxed and pampered, which was just what I needed before my wedding.
I inquired about their qualifications and they claimed NVQ 2/3, which typically takes around 3 years. However, the outcome I received was far from satisfactory. I ended up with thick lashes that were overly glued, despite requesting a natural and light look. The friendly girl mentioned she had only been in the country for 18 months, making it unlikely for her to have obtained the NVQs. Within 24 hours, one of the lashes started to sag, and after 2 days, they began breaking off, taking my natural lashes with them. When I raised my concerns in person, I was met with dismissive responses, blaming me for the issues and suggesting that perhaps I wasn't suited for lash extensions. There was no attempt to rectify the situation, offer a refund, or provide any assistance. Over the following 2 weeks, the glue against my skin started to crack, leading to large chunks falling out. By the 3-week mark, I sought a more professional service to have the lashes removed, but the excessive glue made it challenging for them to come off. I ended up losing a significant portion of my natural lashes and had multiple bare patches due to the cracking and breaking glue. This was a disastrous experience, and I strongly advise against using this service. STAY AWAY!
